The goods listed above (inclusive of installation costs) must not exceed 90% of the loan value.

Applicant fees

• $395 establishment fee added to loan amount
• $4.95/monthly account keeping fee included in repayments
• $30 late payment fee if you miss a repayment

Eligibility

Low doc eligibility criteria
Low doc: A loan that requires less financial documentation to prove income, assets and liabilities than a standard loan.

• Minimum ABN 2 years (GST registration not required)
• Solar & Batteries (Tertiary) up to $50k low doc available (asset price before deposits)
• Electric Vehicles (Primary) up to $150k low doc available (asset price before deposits.
• Director guarantee required on ALL applications except for the following entity types: Government entity, Publicly listed entities, Subsidiaries of publicly listed entities and Not for Profit entities
• Asset & liability statement required for all guarantors.
• 20% deposit required if the customer is not asset backed.
• No deposit required for Property owners. We can also accept property in a spouse’s name.
• Privacy consent and x2 forms of ID required for all individuals, Physical copy of the Drivers licence and Medicare card or passport.

Full Doc Assessments

Full doc assessments is subject to an assessment based on the most recent accountant prepared financial statements (2yrs)

• Financials must service the lend requested.
